We am writing this letter to explain my saddening set of circumstances that have caused us to become past due on our mortgage. My household have done everything in our power to make ends meet but unfortunately we have have no more money to pay and would like you to consider working with us to modify our mortgage. Now, it‚Äôs been to the point we’ve exhausted all our other options where we cannot afford to pay what is owed to the mortgage company. It is our full intention to pay what we owe. But at this time we have exhausted all of our income and resources so we are turning to you for help.
